Subscriptions & Cancellations
1. What a Nutritist subscription is
Some Nutritist products can be purchased as a subscription. When you choose one, you authorise Nutritist to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout, and to ship you the product each time. A subscription renews automatically and continues until you cancel. There is no minimum term, no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
2. What you will be charged, and when
The recurring amount, the billing interval and the date of your next charge are shown on the product page before you buy, in your checkout summary, in your confirmation email, and at any time in your account. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time, and you can do it entirely online. If you started your subscription on our website, you can end it on our website — we will not require you to call, email or speak to anyone.
- Online (fastest): sign in at nutritist.us/account, open the subscription and select Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately.
- By email: support@nutritist.us — tell us you want to cancel and we will process it and confirm by return.
- By mail: Nutritist LLC, 207 W Plant St #770935, Winter Garden, FL 34777.
4. Timing of your cancellation
Cancelling takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled charge, the order for that cycle may already be in processing and may still ship. If that happens, contact us and we will refund that order. You are never charged for a cycle you cancelled before it was processed.
5. Changing your subscription
You can change your delivery address, payment method, skip a delivery or pause at any time from your account. To change the quantity or the delivery frequency, email support@nutritist.us and we will make the change for you the same day.
6. Price changes
If we change the price of an active subscription we will notify you by email at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect. That notice will state the new price and how to cancel. Any other material change will be notified before it takes effect.
7. Annual reminder
Once a year we email every active subscriber a reminder identifying the product, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.
